Delivery Range
We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom) mainland.
Please Note: There will be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

Delivering Your Order
We are dedicated to offering a fast, secure, and dependable delivery service for all our products. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and carrier for each item on our website. Please note that selecting a specific carrier for delivery is not currently an option. Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday.
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a despatch notification after your item/s has left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
If there is no one to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date, the goods may be returned to our warehouse, and we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.
If you change the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges from our carriers to redirect your delivery to you.
Tracking Deliveries
Tracking Information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.
You will be required to sign for any deliveries so please arrange for someone to be available to receive the items.

Partial Delivery
If your item ships in multiple boxes, in some rare instances delivery of single boxes may take place on separate days.

If you are missing parts of your item such as hardware packs, please contact us.
Delay Between Carrier Scans
Delays between scans during transit are common. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date. If more than 6 calendar days have passed since the last tracking update, please reach out to us, and we’ll check the status of your order with the carrier.
Change of Delivery Address
We deliver the goods to the address you specify in the order. You must be at the address to receive the delivery of your order, which is usually between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We are not responsible for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
Heavy items
Some of our products are relatively heavy items, and you may be asked to assist the driver if you are able.
Report Shortages
We take care in shipping your orders but please notify us of any shortages in any Goods delivered within three days of delivery. We will either credit the value or replace such Goods.
Report Damage or Defect
We know how frustrating a damaged or defective item can be. If your item is damaged or defective, we will be sure to get a resolution for you and ask that you report any issues immediately. To ensure we make your order right, we may require a photo(s) of the damage and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution.

Risk
Goods supplied shall be at the Purchaser’s risk immediately upon delivery. The Company takes no responsibility for damages during unloading.
Terracotta & Cast Iron Goods
Terracotta goods sold may vary in size and appearance and we can't guarantee to supply the exact Goods as shown in sales literature as they are all hand-made and painted. The Company reserves the right to alter or improve any Goods without notice. Terracotta Goods are not guaranteed against frost damage or cracking. Cast iron Goods are not guaranteed against corrosion.
Specific Delivery Terms relating to Terracotta Goods
Please inspect the Goods on delivery and sign the delivery note accordingly. Signing the delivery note as “unchecked” will be deemed that the Goods are in acceptable condition. In case of transport damage or complaint, please contact us immediately by email giving details. We reserve the right to limit damage claims to a credit note for the value of the damaged Goods.
If you don’t let us know within three working days, we’ll assume everything has arrived in good condition and as expected.
If any items are damaged, please keep them for inspection and don’t dispose of them unless we’ve agreed this with you first. After a credit has been issued, we may arrange collection of the damaged items where necessary, but this will be at our discretion.
