Opus Calypso Woodburner | 8.3kW Boiler Stove

The Opus Calypso is an 8.3 kW woodburning boiler stove designed to provide both room heat and hot water from a single, efficient appliance.

Delivering approximately 3.4 kW to the room and 4.9 kW to water, the Calypso can support radiators, towel rails or domestic hot water, making it an ideal choice for homes that want to combine real-flame heating with practical household warmth.

The Calypso comes pre-plumbed, allowing easier integration into an existing central heating or hot water system. Its tall cylindrical design and large curved glass window offer an attractive view of the flames, creating a strong focal point while also delivering reliable, usable heat.

With an efficiency of around 83.9%, the Calypso makes excellent use of each log. The air-wash system helps keep the glass clearer for longer, while the clean-burn firebox is engineered for efficient combustion and reduced emissions. A Smoke Exempt version is available, allowing use in smoke-control areas where required.
